General Travel Information
Non-members are welcome to travel with the HWEUCSC, though members obviously get priority on match tickets and seats on the bus.

Buses leave from the International Bar (IB), on the corner of Brougham Street and Tarvit Street, Tollcross, Edinburgh. Bus departure times will be displayed on this site, in the Over&Over newsletter and on the IB noticeboard. Bus fairs to home games are £8 return, with prices varying for away games. In the case of home matches, the bus will leave the Celtic Park Bus Park (on very rare occasions - Nuneaton Street) around 30 minutes after the final whistle.
Please remember that by law alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the bus.

If you are booked on the bus for every home game and you can’t make it, you must cancel by previous Tuesday for a weekend game or by previous Saturday for a midweek game. If you fail to show up, you will have to pay a fine of £8.

Ticket Convenor Nick Wood provides instructions on all things important…
The spreadsheet contained in the latest edition of Over & Over clarifies for season ticket holders that apply with the club for tickets, the procedures regarding bus booking and home cup games for next season.

Bus Booking (BUS)
Have you requested permanent bus booking?
YES – You are booked on the bus for every home game, if you can’t make it, you must cancel by previous Tuesday for a weekend game or by previous Saturday for a midweek game. If you fail to show up, you will have to pay a fine of £8.
NO – You must phone, text or email me to book a seat following the deadlines above. We have a 70 seater bus this season, so there is a little more room for those who can’t go to every home game.

Home Cup Matches (CUP)
Cup tickets can be either obtain via the HWEUCSC (club) or from Celtic (direct debit).
CLUB – For CIS and Scottish Cup matches, you will be asked via text or e-mail if you want a ticket for that particular game and the club will buy it for you.
DD – You are receiving your tickets by direct debit or are responsible for getting your own home cup tickets

Champions League Group Tickets
All season ticket holders must apply themselves for their Champions League Packages by buying directly from Celtic in person, on-line or by phone on 0871 226 1888 – this is a 24 hour line. The only exceptions are those that appear in bold italics on the spreadsheet as they do not hold a season book in their own name. These will be applied for by the club on their behalf.

Domestic Away Games
Celtic no longer accepts supporters club applications. HWEUCSC has 21 people applying for a total of 100 tickets for every game. Offer letters are sent by Celtic to these people who hand the tickets into the club to distribute. There is always extremely high demand for Aberdeen, Inverness, Hearts, Hibs, Rangers and Falkirk, so will be less tickets available for these games due to low allocations. Tickets are always available for the rest, the more we take for these games the better.

European Away Games
Celtic does not accept supporters club applications. This is done purely on an individual basis as you will have seen on season book renewal form. If you are allocated a ticket for an away game in Europe you will be contacted by the ticket office, please accept it even if you can’t go as I will buy it for the club and it increases your chances of being offered again in the future for a game you can go to.

Deadlines
The deadline for all matches next season is 2 weeks in advance. If you cancel less than 5 days before you will be liable for the cost of the ticket if it can’t be sold. This is in accordance with deadlines set by Celtic, so that if we need extra tickets, we are at the front of the queue to get them. I expect home tickets will be easy to come by this season.
If you want to change the way you are categorised for bus seats or home cup matches or wish to be added to the clubs list or have any queries, please let me know by 11 August by phone or email.
I send out regular emails regarding tickets and currently have around 80+ on my list, to be added to this please email nickwood1974@hotmail.com as is cheaper than by text and I can say more!

IMPORTANT NOTICE
The HWEUCSC operates a bus zero tolerance  policy regarding violence or threats of violence. Those in breach of this policy will be instantly banned. Please note that club members will be responsible for non-members in their company.
