First of all, it feels great to be sending you my first e-mail as the new Club Presidential Decree and I'm already excited for the coming season. The committee has already suggested that it feels as though the club is entering a new era and hopefully with our new 'home' we will be able to bring the community feeling back to the club and achieve a real sense of togetherness. 

I know you have all been waiting on tenterhooks to find out where our new 'home' will be so I am happy to announce that we will be moving to Dropkick Murphy's. In recent weeks we have spoken to the manager, Christy, and he could not really have been more accommodating.

Membership Cards & Renewals

As Hamish has said, i will be dealing with the new membership cards which are currently in the process of being made. These membership cards will be given to a member once they have joined the club and will cost £5 for students/unwaged and £10 for the fully waged, with a free drink from our new pub (Dropkick Murphy’s) included.

The pub will act like a private members club before and after games (up until a certain point) and membership will allow entry to this. Also a member can sign in someone before a game; however the member will be responsible for the behaviour of the individual they sign in. So no yahoos/alcoholics/idiots please!*

AGM 2011

The club General Meeting took place on Wednesday 25 May at 6.30pm in the Middle Reading Room at Teviot Row Students Union, Bristo Square.
